I love that her parents brought sentimental items to use in her session. If clients keep bringing me these beautiful babies that sleep the entire time they are in my studio, I may have to start only doing newborn portraits.

I had not one, but two newborn sessions in the studio today! I couldn’t have asked for easier girls than these beauties. Both arrived asleep, and didn’t wake until we were through. ♥
You can spend a lot of time and energy posing children every which way during a portrait session, but nothing is sweeter than what they do on their own.
Even though she may have been thinking “make this photographer disappear” at this moment, it is still one of my favorite shots from our session. For the record, once she was fully awake from her car nap, she was lovely.
